Delivery Information

We aim to send out all orders (placed by 1pm on Mondays to Fridays) on the very same day. All orders are sent out by DPD on a next day service. (Monday to Fridays only).  Weekends and special timed deliveries are available too for an extra cost.

If an item that you have purchased is out of stock (we always aim to keep the website up to date, but on a rare occasion, this might happen), we will immediately inform you. You can request that we either send the order out incomplete or you can wait until the item is available again. Should you decide to have the order sent out incomplete, we will refund you the difference immediately.

For all orders being sent to Mainland UK that are under £300 + VAT, it will cost you £8 + VAT. For all orders over £300 + VAT, then carriage is free.

For most European destinations, the price is as advertised on the payment screen. (Please note this is for one carton only. Once we have packed the goods and if we find that more than one carton are needed, we will contact you with the price).

For all other destinations, we need to ascertain the volumetric weight of the parcel and then contact our numerous shippers to obtain the best price. We will then come back to you and with this information, you can then decide if you wish to proceed with your order.

Please note that delivery costs are solely for the delivery and all customs and import duties are to be paid by the receiver.

As we are strictly business to business (B2B), we do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty.  Please contact us if this should arise and then we will give you an authorisation code to add to the faulty goods package and then they can be returned.

Cancelling Orders

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch only, this needs to happen by 12pm.  Once your order has left the warehouse, we are unable to stop the delivery or reroute it to another address for security reasons.

Failed Deliveries

DPD will attempt to deliver your order on your designated delivery date and will inform you of the one hour delivery time slot by mobile number and / or email address.  If any order is returned to us as DPD have been unable to deliver it to you, then you will be liable for the initial carriage cost, plus the return to sender cost.  We will deduct this from your refund  when refunding your order.
